Techline requires that a case to be opened on all 2018 CK Stinger and 2018 DE PHEV Niro regardless of the severity by the dealer technician during the EWR period, prior to starting any repairs on the vehicle. Once you have created your case and received a case number, you may call Techline and speak directly to a Techline agent or work your case online. It is also important that the photo quantity, type and quality meets the requirements noted in the SC155 TSB for each respective inspection and/ or repair step.
