  • Starting 4/14/2018 Techline will be able to create a Prior Warranty Authorization from your Repair Assistance Case.
    You will also have the ability to search & view all Consumer Affairs cases associated with your dealer.
    There is an added a feature that enables you to escalate a Consumer Affairs case to a supervisor if you feel the case is not being handled properly or requires special attention.
