  • Attention: Technicians

  • Techline requires that a case to be opened on all 2018 CK Stinger and 2018 DE PHEV Niro regardless of the severity by the dealer technician during the EWR period, prior to starting any repairs on the vehicle.
Once you have created your case and received a case number, you may call Techline and speak directly to a Techline agent or work your case online.
Due to increased volume we ask that you wait at least 20 minutes before calling in after case creation. Thank you for your cooperation.
We also ask that you utilize the new “More Information” search feature to see if there are any related articles for the concern you may be inquiring about.
