• Dealers have been experiencing issues submitting PWA cases due to the VDN transmission issue. While we are waiting for GITA to sort out this concern, please open a Repair Assistance (RA) cases and attach a screenshot of the VDN, when attempting to obtain PWA. Once opened, the TL agent will collect the required information from the dealer and auto Create a PWA (as necessary). Thanks in advance.

  • Effective immediately, the KSDS Requirement is temporarily being waived until 11/5/2023 for the following PI’s:
    PI2002A/B and Y/Z, PI2101 through PI2108
    Of course, KSDS installation is NEVER a requirement for engine Safety Recalls such as SC200 and SC218.
    Visually inspect vehicles for signs of neglect and open an Engine PWA Techline case if there is evidence of a lack of maintenance, i.e., low/dirty oil, varnish or sludge inside the oil cap or fill hole, for review, including cases of P1326 + failed BCT. Further communications regarding this change will be coming soon.
